Professor Xu Jing, Vice Principal of Xichang University, has attended the "2018 'One Belt And One Road' Education Seminar in Central and Eastern Europe" from the 23rd of October to the 1st of November. The seminar was organized by State Exchange Association on Education International, and was held in Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.
